MKAnnouncer is a program that allows you to replace the original announcer voice with any sound file you want. You can use it to change the announcer voice to another character, a celebrity, a friend, or even yourself. Here are the steps to use MKAnnouncer:

1. Download MKAnnouncer from this link: https://www.mkannouncer.com/download
2. Extract the zip file and run the MKAnnouncer.exe file.
3. Click on the “Browse” button and select the folder where your Mortal Kombat 1 game is installed.
4. Click on the “Load” button and wait for the program to load the sound files from the game.
5. You will see a list of sound files on the left side of the program. These are the original announcer voice files. You can play them by clicking on them.
6. On the right side of the program, you will see a list of empty slots. These are where you can put your custom sound files. You can drag and drop any sound file from your computer to these slots, or click on the “Add” button and browse for a sound file.
