New Story Chapter: The Starlit Journey

The main story of Honkai Star Rail continues with the new chapter, The Starlit Journey. In this chapter, you will follow the adventures of Kiana, Mei, Bronya, and the rest of the crew as they travel across the galaxy in search of a new home. Along the way, you will encounter new enemies, allies, and mysteries that will test your skills and challenge your choices.

The Starlit Journey features 12 new stages, each with different objectives, enemies, and rewards. You will also unlock new story scenes that will reveal more about the characters and the world of Honkai Star Rail. As you progress through the chapter, you will earn Star Coins that you can use to exchange for various items in the Star Shop, including weapons, outfits, materials, and more.

New Game Mode: Star Rail

One of the most exciting features of Honkai Star Rail 1.3 is the new game mode, Star Rail. In this mode, you will take control of your own starship and explore the vastness of space. You will be able to customize your starship with different modules, weapons, and skins, and upgrade them as you go. You will also be able to recruit different crew members that will provide you with various bonuses and abilities.

Star Rail is a dynamic and immersive game mode that will let you experience the thrill of space exploration and combat. You will be able to visit different planets, asteroids, and space stations, each with their own environments, resources, and challenges. You will also encounter random events, such as pirate attacks, distress signals, wormholes, and more, that will add variety and unpredictability to your journey.

By participating in these modes, you will earn Star Points that you can use to rank up and unlock exclusive rewards.

New Characters: Rita and Durandal

Honkai Star Rail 1.3 also introduces two new playable characters to the game: Rita and Durandal. Rita is a loyal maid who serves as the captain of Schicksal’s starship, the Hyperion. She is a versatile fighter who can switch between melee and ranged attacks using her weapon, Umbra Rose. She can also summon a giant robot maid named Maidroid to assist her in battle.

Durandal is a powerful Valkyrie who leads Schicksal’s elite squad, the Immortal Blades. She is a fierce warrior who wields a lance named Hler’s Serenity that can transform into different forms depending on her combat style. She can also unleash her ultimate skill, Godsbane Mode, that grants her invincibility and increased damage for a short time.

Both Rita and Durandal are available in the new character banner, Starlight Sparkle, that runs from August 19 to September 2. You can also obtain their exclusive outfits, Star Maid and Star Knight, from the same banner.

New Events: Star Festival and Star Carnival

To celebrate the release of Honkai Star Rail 1.3, we have prepared two special events for you: Star Festival and Star Carnival. These events will run from August 19 to September 16 and offer you a chance to earn various rewards, such as crystals, tickets, outfits, weapons, and more.

Star Festival is an event that lets you collect Star Wishes by completing daily missions. You can use these Star Wishes to exchange for items in the Star Wish Shop or to participate in the Star Wish Draw. – Star Shooter: Shoot down enemy ships and asteroids and earn points.
– Star Runner: Run through a space station and avoid obstacles and earn points.
– Star Puzzle: Solve puzzles and match tiles and earn points.

You can play each mini-game once per day and earn up to 100 points per game. You can use these points to exchange for items in the Star Carnival Shop or to participate in the Star Carnival Draw. The Star Carnival Draw is a lucky draw that gives you a chance to win one of the following prizes:
